Hi, I’m Jesse J. Frye, founder of Men’s Divorce Circle.

When I went through my own divorce, I was not trying to start a movement. I was just trying to survive. I was buried in legal paperwork, parenting schedules, and financial statements, wondering how a capable, organized man could still feel so completely lost.

I had support in some areas, but not in the ways that actually mattered. No one was helping me figure out how to live through it. How to stay steady. How to rebuild when everything felt like it was falling apart.

That experience led to a realization that changed everything.

Men need a place to talk about divorce differently.

Not to complain, but to move forward.
Not to vent, but to rebuild.
Not to spiral, but to regain clarity and control.

Divorce hits men hard. Many isolate. Communication shuts down. Health declines. Careers suffer. Too many men fall into depression or destructive habits because they are trying to handle everything alone.

Men do not need another place to vent. They need a roadmap.

That is why Men’s Divorce Circle exists.

A Structured Path for Men Navigating Divorce

Men’s Divorce Circle is a community and coaching platform designed specifically for men navigating divorce or separation with clarity and confidence.

This is not therapy.
This is not a pity party.

It is a structured path to rebuilding your life with purpose.

We focus on the areas that matter most during and after divorce:

  • Emotional control and stability

  • Financial recovery and decision-making

  • Co-parenting with integrity and leadership

  • Professional focus and career resilience

  • Rebuilding identity as a father and as a man

Each week, I share short, real conversations about challenges most men face during divorce but rarely talk about openly, including:

  • Managing emotions when everything feels uncertain

  • Communicating effectively with your ex

  • Rebuilding finances and professional stability

  • Staying present and connected with your kids

  • Regaining confidence, direction, and purpose

I made mistakes during my own divorce. I hid it at work. I overreacted to messages. I tried to push through everything alone.

What I needed then is exactly what we are building now.

A place for men to connect, learn, and grow together with structure and accountability.

Divorce is one of life’s hardest transitions

In the United States alone, more than 650,000 men go through divorce every year. Most do it without a clear framework or a supportive community.

Men’s Divorce Circle changes that.

We are building a virtual community now, with plans for local chapters, in-person meetups, and retreats focused on helping men rebuild from the inside out.

You can be part of this from the beginning, whether you join through social media, or directly inside the Men’s Divorce Circle community.

Over the coming months, we will launch:

  • Group coaching programs

  • Online workshops

  • The six-month Divorce Reset Workbook, a guided path designed to help men move from chaos to clarity

You do not have to go through divorce alone.

Let’s rebuild with purpose, together.
